Young and non-religious voters are being heard

If you wish to know something about who is voting in the primaries and who will elect your next President, you take a look at the Pew Research website. It is shocking how many voters have no religious affiliation.

Hmmmmm.

Phil-
I think a big part of that "no religious affiliation" is that the present younger generation feels that labels and categories are too restrictive and to a degree legalistic.

For example politically my son {19} is very conservative: states rights; fence at the border; pro-life; war on terrorist; etc..
BUT on his voter registration it says "no preference" because he doesn't want to be pigeon-holed.

My point is that for the young (and the old look at McCane's philosophy) having no AFFILIATION is not the same as having no OPINION or BELIEFS....

Phil,
I think the younger generation wants change. I don't think they care about the moral issues such as: "Abortion"; "Gay Marriage"; etc. I think they are more concerned with: "Health Care"; "Education"; "Home Issues" "Ecconomic Issues"; I believe the younger generation is tired of billions being spent on other countries and wants the money spent on us for a change. Building America.
Making America Stronger.
Investing in our country.
In our people that need help.
